On-Site Medical Care
We understand that having to leave the comfort of one’s own home for certain medical needs can be disruptive. As such, The Loudonville Assisted Living Residence provides residents with an array of in-house medical services.
Here residents can elect Homedical Administrative Associates, LLC to serve as their primary care physician. The Homedical staff are on-site 3 days a week.
Your loved one may also keep his or her personal physician. In either case, our helpful staff will assist you in making the necessary arrangements. Loudonville Assisted Living Residence also provides scheduled medical transportation.

Psychiatric
Ms. Noreen J McMahon, NP, NPP, who has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in the Albany area for over 23 years offers on-site psychiatric services to residents.
Podiatry
In-house podiatry services are available at Loudonville through Dr. Lincoln Page.
Counseling Services
Kelly J. Younge, MSW, LCSW-R, BCP P, a clinical social worker offers on-site Counseling Services through Senior Living Behavioral Health Services.
