- Comprehensive Healthcare Coordination where our LPN and RN Resident Care Coordinators work closely with outside providers and medical providers contracted to provide services on-site .
- We have a robust resident counsel committee and active ombudsman.
- At the Gerald Levine Center, residents in coordination with their families are asked to fill out a Life History Book.
On-site Healthcare Professionals
We understand that having to leave the comfort of one’s own home for certain medical needs can be disruptive. As such, The Loudonville Assisted Living Residence provides residents with an array of in-house medical services.
Primary Care
Here residents can elect Homedical Administrative Associates, LLC, led by Dr. Donna Heffernan, MD., to serve as their primary care physician group. The Homedical staff are on-site 3 days a week and available by phone 24hr/day.
On-site Physical & Occupational Therapy
Residents can access Physical and Occupational Therapy Services within the comfort of their own homes with PRN Physical & Occupational Therapy .

Psychiatric Nursing Care
Ms. Noreen J McMahon, NP, NPP, who has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in the Albany area for over 23 years offers on-site psychiatric services to residents.
Podiatry
Podiatry services are offered on-site.
Medical Transportation
Our residents have access to a 2023 Genesis 4-dour sedan and 2023 Ford Transit wheelchair accessible van with driver.
