Starting Monthly Rent

Starting rates vary based on apartment type, care needs, and services provided.

  • Assisted Living Residence (ALR): Starting at $6,086.00 per month
  • Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR): Starting at $8,414.00 per month
  • Special Needs Assisted Living Residence (SNALR): Starting at $7,660.00 per month

 

Summary of Services

Every care level for assisted living offers meals, assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, medication assistance, supervision and monitoring, a structured program of activities, case management, housekeeping, and laundry services.

The Loudonville Assisted Living Residence also provides transportation services for residents.

Cost for Additional Services

The Loudonville Assisted Living Residence utilizes a tiered billing model for residents who require higher levels of support or additional services.

 

Level 1 Starting at $8414.00:

All services in Traditional Assisted Living PLUS:

  • Personal Care Assistance
  • Assistance of 1 with Transfers/Ambulation
  • Medication Assistance/PRN Medications
  • Medical Equipment Assistance
  • Oxygen Assistance
  • Nebulizer Assistance
  • Dressing Changes/Wound Care
  • Instilling eye and ear drops
  • Nursing Assessment of RN
  • Incontinence Care

 

Level 2 +$1,000.00 :

All services in Level 1 PLUS:

  • Injections
  • Urinary Catheterization/Catheter Care
  • Colostomy Care/Irrigation
  • CPAP/BIPAP

 

Level 3 +$2,000.00:

All services in Level 2 PLUS:

  • 2 – person transfer
  • Ambulation with 2 assists
  • Feeding Assistance
