Built in 2005, and designed in collaboration with experts in dementia care and design, Loudonville’s Gerald Levine Center features 16 resident rooms that surround two inviting living spaces, both distinct in color and tone. This creates an intimate, easily navigable, secure environment that truly feels like home. Resident memory boxes, a flood of natural light and an absence of long hallways, are just some of the details that make daily routines easier.

“It’s a lovely looking place that could easily be mistaken for a luxury condo complex. The food for residents is excellent. Physical therapy is very good. Medical care is there. Nearly all the staff has a helpful attitude and from what I’ve seen supervisors aren’t pleased with those who don’t. To sum up, it’s sad to have to be in assisted living but if one has to be I know of no better facility than Loudonville.”
