Our specialized 28-bed center delivers personalized, high-acuity care in a dignified and nurturing homelike environment. Equipped with mechanical lift technology and staffed with 24-hour nursing care and supervision, we provide all the care needed for a lifetime.

Through the expansion of our Enhanced Assisted Living Program, residents can now continue living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Centers while receiving Enhanced Care Services. These services include discreet incontinence care, assistance with transfers and ambulation, and specified skilled nursing care, ensuring a seamless transition for those with evolving needs.
