About Loudonville Assisted Living Residence
Our History
The Loudonville Assisted Living Residence, formerly known as the Loudonville Home for Adults, was founded in 1969 by Gerald Levine. What was once a 26-bed Adult Home, now serves more than 80 residents, and has a team of over 100 employees. Under the direction of Michael Levine, Gerald Levine’s eldest son, Loudonville’s services expanded to provide three distinct communities of care. In 2005, the Gerald Levine Center for Memory Care was built and in 2014, Enhanced Assisted Living at Loudonville was opened. With Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and the Gerald Levine Center for Memory Care, our residents can age-in-place even as they require more specialized care.
